by two brothers listening to their dreams. The vision behind the project is to escape reality and make people dream again. Faithful to the emerging craft scene values, the young brewery capitalizes on Belgian know-how but above all praises creativity.

Brasserie de la Senne played a key role in the revival of craft beer in Brussels. The brewery is internationally recognized for creating beers with strong character that remain well balanced. Its reputation is built on strict quality standards, consistency, natural production methods, and carefully selected ingredients sourced directly from producers.

The brewers aimed to create a beer that strictly respects tradition while offering unique and innovative aromas and flavors, all crafted using modern equipment. The exceptional setting in which the brewery operates could only inspire these “barley craftsmen.”

Charles Liégeois

Our coffee

Since 1955, coffee has been roasted at Charles Liégeois. What began as Charles’s passion has grown into a profession, a culture, and a true house. Because quality coffee is also a culture that must be kept alive. And because taste is something that can be learned, we pass on and share what we know.
